Performed a cleaning on the hvac system and ductwork. Removed supply and return grills- cleaned and sanitized. Removed blower assembly- cleaned and sanitized. Cleaned and sanitized evaporator coil in place. Wiped down interior of cabinet and wires. Brushed through all the ductwork with roto brush. Replaced the 6” supply to the east bedroom and added a manual damper. installed a secondary safety shut off switch on the pan. Sent proposal to run and install new hvac supply to the sun room
