Capacitor has been ordered Warranty coil and TXV has been ordered. They will arrive on Tuesday The homeowner has signed and approved the estimate for replacement 410A refrigerant at the time of coil installation. 1/23/25 Lee Hunter knocked the gas line with his foot or knee in the attic, her gas and smelt gas. After that he tried tightening the line and never could get it to stop. He ended up breaking the line off, trying to tighten it with a pipe wrench so it was spewing gas in the attic. Hunter turned the gas valve off to the house. The only gas appliance in the house is a hot water heater. You can smell gas in the living room where the scuttle hole is and in the attic, we are putting the customers up in a hotel for the night the customers and Hunter will meet McNeills Plumbing here, Friday The 24th around noon to one .McNeills Plumbing is going to repair the pipe, we’re paying for it and then Hunter is going to finish the repair after to get the system up and running 01/24/25 Hun
