Found the system to have more melted high voltage lines inside the air handler. I cut and remove the high-voltage melted lines. Re spliced the wires, and used copper bolt wire connectors and rubber splicing tape over the new high voltage connections. I tested the system operations and thermostat functions. The unit is now working properly.
