Benson's responded right away; sending not only a replacement for the thermostat but also a supervisor to troubleshoot the problem with the thermostat. Required 2 1/2 hours to identify and correct the problem. We were really impressed with the way this problem was handled and resolved. Could not have asked for better, more professional, or quicker service. Most impressed with the supervisor's work, interaction with us, and attitude as he worked to track down the problem.
